Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:
Ms. Jelena Valle Ortise has resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from 11th February 2026. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
