On 7th July 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Pradeep Asrani as a temporary director on the Board and the Chairperson of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. Vincent Montanet who has tendered his resignation on 15th June 2020. Mr. Pradeep Asrani is a finance professional with 43 years’ extensive experience in senior management positions in the areas of commercial and investment banking with multi-national banks and a reputed public shareholding company in Oman.
