The Board of Directors of Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:

• Mr. Saud Hamed Al Waili is appointed as CEO of the Company in replacement of Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Rawahi effective 7 July 2022.
• Mr. Saud Hamed Al Waili acts as Disclosure Officer and Company Spokesperson of the Company.

Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Rawahi leaves the Company by the same date and pursue new professional challenges.

Mr. Saud Hamed Al Waili holds MBA Degree in Business of Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University. He has been associated with power and desalination plants operations & maintenance and management for more than 12 years.
