On 18^th September 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Toshiro Inoguchi as a temporary director on the Board in place of Mr. So Murakami who has tendered his resignation on 1^st September 2022.

Mr. Toshiro Inoguchi has more than 20 years of experience in power generation industry and holds bachelor’s in Economics.
