On 13th April 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Makoto Imabayashi as a temporary Director on the Board, member of the AC and member of the NRC in place of Mr. Ryuji Kikuchi who has tendered his resignation on 31st March 2023.
Mr. Makoto Imabayashi has more than 26 years of experience in Power Industry. Mr. Imabayashi holds a BA Faculty of Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan.
