Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:
On 13th April 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Masamitsu Hirose as a temporary Director on the Board in place of Mr. Toshiro Inoguchi who has tendered his resignation on 3rd April 2023.
Mr. Masamitsu Hirose has more than 16 years of experience in Power Industry. Mr. Hirose holds a Bachelor/Master of Electrical Engineering.
