Mr. Hachiman Yokoi representing Blue Horizon Sohar Power B.V., a juristic entity, has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24th of January 2018, by way of which he has resigned as a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
