Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

The Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Masahiro Komatsubara as a member of the Board of Directors on 20 May 2018 as representative of SEP International Netherlands B.V., a juristic person, in place of Mr. Takahito Iima who has tendered his resignation in April 2018. Mr. Masahiro Komatsubara has more than 20-year experience in power business and holds Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
