On 15 August 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Clifford John Sanders as a temporary director on the Board and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee in place of Mr. David Orford who has tendered his resignation on 27 July 2018. Mr. Clifford John Sanders is a Chartered Manager with a background in Mechanical and General Engineering with a high degree of practical, theoretical and actual plant based knowledge and has more than 40 years of professional working experience.
