Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
Mr. Debasish Majumder has resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the Company and as a member of the Audit Committee due to personal reasons with effect from 27th of January 2019. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
