Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

• Mr. Mitsuo Nakamoto has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Disclosure Officer of the Company effective 28 February 2019, and
• Mr. Yusuke Koseki has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Disclosure Officer effective 1 March 2019.
