Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

The Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Kazuichi Ikeda as a member of the Board of Directors on 18 September  2019 as representative of SEP International Netherlands B.V., a juristic person, in place of Mr. Masahiro Komatsubara who has tendered his resignation in August 2019.

Mr. Kazuichi Ikeda has more than 20-year experience in power business and holds Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
