Al Batinah Power generates its revenues pursuant to a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Oman Power & Water Procurement Company (OPWP). The terms of the PPA require that the Plant's contracted power capacity is sold exclusively to OPWP on a long-term basis.
